Master and Dynamic, a premium audio manufacturer, released two new headphones in India. Known as the MW60 and the MW50, the Bluetooth headphones incorporate a design to place over the ear and offer a range of battery up to 16 hours.
Following the specifications of the MW60, the headphones come with a multipoint connection that allows connectivity to two devices simultaneously. In addition, buyers have the option of using the headphones in wired mode once the built-in lithium-ion battery runs out. The headphones use premium materials in their construction and feature a leather headband and pads that are wrapped in soft lambskin. Users will also have a built-in microphone in the headphones that will allow them to answer calls.
As for the technical details of the headphones, the MW60 uses a 45 mm neodymium driver and comes with an impedance rating of 32 ohms. The headphones can operate through a frequency range of 5-25,000Hz and come with touch controls on the headphones that give users access to playback and volume controls.
The MW50, on the other hand, has a smaller form factor and is one third lighter than the MW60. Like the MW60, the MW50 also uses premium materials in its construction and is shipped with a leather headband and a stainless steel body. For drivers, the headphones use a 40mm Berryllium controller that is said to offer superior acoustics. Finally, while the MW60 uses a microUSB port to charge the headphones, the MW50 is shipped with a USB port type C. The rest of the technical specifications of the headphones are the same in the two models.
In terms of prices, the MW60 will return interested buyers in Rs 44,990, while the MW50 retail in Rs 34,990. Both headphones are available for purchase in the headphonezone e-commerce portal.
