Nokia 2 stops by FCC with a huge battery of 4.000 mAh

The Nokia 2 could be the first Android smartphone brand to come with such a robust battery, Several reports in the past have suggested that HMD Global is working on a budget smartphone called the Nokia 2. Before launch, we have already been treated with a series of live images and leaks with respect to the phone. Now it looks like the company is ready to unveil the budget offer. The phone has just been certified by the US certification agency FCC, and has been detected on its website with a couple of details.

According to the FCC documentation, the Nokia 2 will have a huge battery of 4,000mAh. If true, it will be the first Android smartphone Nokia brand with such a powerful battery. Four variants of the phone have been FCC-certified: TA-1023, TA-1035, TA-1007 and TA-1029. Some of these offers are SIM-SIM and some will be equipped with Dual-SIM slots. Unfortunately, the documentation has not revealed anything else about the device.

According to previous leaks, the Nokia 2 will feature a screen 4.5 inches or a 5-inch screen with a resolution of 1,280 x 720p. The handset will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 processor, coupled to 2GB of RAM. The phone is expected to come with an 8MP rear snapper and a 5MP front handle. Being a Nokia phone, it is rumored that it is powered by the stock version of Android Nougat 7.1 operating system out of the box.
