Although we know that Xiaomi is holding an event product launch next week (July 27), the company has confirmed the star of the event. In a message on Weibo, the Chinese firm revealed that a device called redmi Pro will be released on that day - not redmi Note 4 as planned.
The article also says that the phone will be accompanied by a "mysterious small partner" but nothing else about it was revealed. We, too, are not sure what type of device it would be.
If you recall, Xiaomi unknown device was discovered in Geekbench last week, revealing Helio X25 SoC, 4 GB of RAM, and Android 6.0 taffy. Reports say that could be the next redmi Pro. It has also been rumors that the device became official on July 27 will feature a dual camera configuration.
