One of the great mysteries with respect next phablet Galaxy Nota7 Samsung is the exact version of Android will start running. Obviously, that could be the marshmallow, but many are hoping the early start to Android 7.0 developer built this year Nougat is connected somehow to the release of the Nota7. That would mean that the next flagship Samsung would, for the first time in history, along with launching a new iteration of Android and management from day one.
All could eventually have been a pleasant dream in the end, but today some evidence has been discovered that could only support this theory. You see, Samsung has begun testing prototypes Nota7 with Android 7.0. One such device was put through the steps of Geekbench, and that means that there is a public results page including a pair of your specifications.
The model number of the phone in question is SM-N930, and since the Note5 is the SM-N920, it is clearly his successor. However, its results are disappointing in Geekbench so far, with a measly 909 score of a single core and multicore for 3,768. What's more, this prototype was only 3 GB of RAM, which clearly is not something we see in the final version of Nota7 (rumored to sport not less than 6 GB). And most puzzling thing - the chipset used in the equivalent handset is the old Exynos 7420 compared to last year, not the 8893 Exynos rumored to have been specially designed for Nota7.
So this is probably a very early prototype, and Samsung seems interested only in the integration of the new version of Android here. Hopefully soon we will see the final hardware Nota7 with nougat and also runs through several benchmarks - that would be a proof that could launch with Android 7.0 on board.
