Intex has introduced a new smartphone entry level Aqua-series, the classic aqua, priced at Rs. 4,444. The phone is now listed on the company website and can be expected to be available soon in India. It will be available in Champagne, gray, and white colors.
The Intex Aqua Classic features a 5-inch FWVGA 480x854 pixels and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass for screen protection. It sports a pixel density of 196ppi. Aqua classic based on Android 5.1 Lollipop is a dual-SIM (GSM + GSM) smartphone.
It is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor Spreadtrum SC7731C paired with 1GB of RAM and comes with 8GB of built-in storage. The handset supports expandable storage via microSD card up to 32GB. Sports Intex Aqua Classic a rear 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and also includes a 0.3 megapixel front camera. It packs a 2100mAh battery with up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 210 hours of standby time. Connectivity options include GPRS / EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n, and Micro-USB. The 3G smartphone will support a SIM and GPRS / EDGE in the second.
