Less than a week before officially unveil the G4 flagship, LG has announced a new Android smartphone: Stylo G. As its name suggests, the new device comes with a stylus, and can be seen as a larger Stylus for LG G3 (which was released in 2014) successor.
Running Android 5.0 Lollipop, the LG G Stylo is by no means a high-end device. It is a mid-range at best. The phone sports a nice big screen 5.7 inch with 720 x 1280 pixels, and is powered by a 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. What's really interesting about the G Stylo is that, according to LG, supports microSD cards up to 2 TB. However, it is noteworthy that, at this time, no one is selling or microSD cards 2TB manufacturing but at least Stylo G is future proof from this point of view. The new LG smartphone weighs 163 grams, measures 154.3 x 79.2 x 9.6 mm, and offers a 3000 mAh battery Other features include LTE connectivity, Bluetooth 4.1, a camera of 8 MP rear 5 MP front camera 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Stylo G will be available for the first time in South Korea, at a cost of 400,000 KRW (about $ 460). From May, LG plans to launch several (yet unnamed) markets worldwide. It is unclear whether the Stylo G is the same device as is rumored to be called LG Stylus G4. It probably is not, since it is assumed that the alleged Stylus G4 to provide a screen of 5.8 inches and a Snapdragon 610 (or 615) processor.
