China's Oppo is preparing a new smartphone called R7,the Oppo R7 was recently approved by the telecommunications authorities in Indonesia (as the Oppo R7f), so we know that the phone comes with LTE connectivity. Moreover, according GizmoChina, R7 may be one of the first intelligent to be fed by one of the latest processors from MediaTek phones: the MT6795 of 64 bits, which comes with eight cores clocked at up to 2.2 GHz, and 2K support up to 2560 x 1600 pixels. Another feature that R7 can offer is a 20.7 MP rear camera.
Since the Oppo R5 is an ultra-thin smartphone only 4.85 mm, the R7 can also be a thin device. Hopefully, Oppo not sacrifice too many features just for the sake of thinness (R5 does not have a standard audio jack of 3.5 mm, and as our opinion the end, its battery life is poor).
From Oppo is pretty selling many of their mobile phones (including R5) worldwide, expect to see the R7 being released internationally too.
