Asus Zenfone 2 submitted early at CES 2015 is all set to enter the Indian market next month. According androidpure, the company will launch the device in the country in April. Zenfone 2 sans flash sales sell or invite-only basis on Flipkart, according to the company. It seems that the company is taking a dig at smartphone makers as Xiaomi, OnePlus and Micromax Yu.
Coming to the specifications, Asus Zenfone 2 has 5.5-inch Full HD screen. The device has a 72 percent ratio screen body. The back side of the Zenfone 2 is rounded in a way that is thinner at the edges and is at its thickest in the central region on the back side. The back cover comes with a brushed metal finish. A power button is on the top and the volume control on the back, so that the edges as thin as 3.9 mm.
It is powered by an Intel Atom processor with 64-bit Z3580 name in code that runs at 2.3GHz. The Zenfone 2 comes with a whopping 4GB of RAM. It will be available in variants storage 16GB, 32GB and 64GB and has an option to expand the memory via a microSD card slot. Apart from this, users also have 5GB of free web storage Asus.
The Zenfone 2 comes with a new version of the user interface of Zen is built on top of Android 5.0 Lollipop. On the front of the camera, which sports a 13MP rear camera with f / 2.0 aperture and 5MP front camera. It features real-Tone flash to ensure warm skin tones and accurate colors.
In terms of connectivity the device supports HSPA, LTE 4G Category 4 (FDD and TDD), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, microUSB, GPS / A-GPS, GLONASS and USB OTG.
It has a 3,000mAh battery Li-polymer together with fast charging technology. The phone is available in five colors namely black osmium, transparent gold, Glacier Grey, red glamor and white ceramics.
