A new report from China suggests that Xiaomi's flagship Mi 7 will have a 6.01-inch screen manufactured by Samsung with an aspect ratio of 18: 9, and will be equipped with Snapdragon 845 SoC.
The report also says that Xiaomi will eventually adopt 3D facial recognition technology, but the Mi 7 will not have it on board. According to reports, the Chinese company believes that it is necessary to improve the technology before it is ready for use on their smartphones.
Other specifications revealed by the report include a 16MP dual rear camera configuration, 6GB of RAM, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and fast charging. It also mentions a price of CNY 2,699, which currently translates to around Rs 26,200.
