A Reddit booth gained some attention after a day or more, coming from a member of a Brazilian Moto G4 community on Google+, who said he had the device on hand to test the operators. Unfortunately, he does not talk much about the phone in the photo comments.
What the Google + user mentioned was that the alleged device has FM radio, digital TV, and that the SIM slot of the G5 has been changed to a nanoSIM, an upgrade of previous generation devices that accept microSIM cards.
Otherwise, the protective plastic on the phone's screen gives some more features like the smaller, 5.2 "display, 12MP" Rapid Focus Camera ", fingerprint reader + NFC, and the TurboPower-compatible 3.000mAh battery. Plastic film also calls the phone "Moto $$", these are placeholders for the name of the device. The first thing that many noticed was the new shape of the fingerprint sensor and how it is different from the square shape found in the Moto Z family.
The confusion also surrounded many wondering why a supposed Moto G5 Plus would not measure 5.5 inches diagonally on its screen.
