HTC 10 evo was expected to be announced in India in December. After more than a month of delay, HTC has finally announced the availability of the smartphone. With a price of Rs 48,990, the smartphone is now available in the HTC estore. In addition, the HTC 10 evo is also sold in Amazon India at Rs 46,900. It is available in only Pearl gold color.
Specifications wise the smart phone HTC 10 evo comes with IP57 dust and waterproofing rating and has a unibody metal design. With a C-type USB dual-fit headset. It features a 5.5 inch QHD (1440 x 2560 pixel) Super LCD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 2 GHz processor together With the Adreno 430 GPU. The 10 evo comes with 3 GB of RAM, and 32 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded further to 2 TB via a microSD card. The smartphone works with Android 7.0 Nougat operating system that is wrapped in HTC Sense UI. The smartphone also houses a fingerprint sensor as well.
The smartphone features a 16 megapixel rear snapper with a 29.3 mm wide-angle lens, f / 2.0 aperture, PDAF, optical image stabilizer (OIS) and dual LED flash. The rear camera also supports 4K video recording and 120fps slow motion video recording capabilities. On the front, the smartphone houses an 8-megapixel selfie camera with support for HD video recording.
The HTC 10 evo is armed with a 3.200mAh battery along with support for Quick Charge 2.0 for a quick charge. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC and USB Type C port for uploading and transferring data.
