Samsung just keeps on releasing Android 6.0 marshmallow updates for their devices. The last to be honored with this iteration of Android is the Galaxy ON7, released in 2015.
A 2016 version of the ON7 has been sidelined by a reference result, and this will work Marshmallow from day one, so it's definitely good to see that Samsung makes the software available for the original ON7, too, and not push people to buy the new model if they want an experience of Android to date.
So far the update is only available for units purchased ON7 Turkey, but we assume it will make its way to more countries soon. The software in question is G600FXXU1APF8, and will be its new version of compile time apply the update. This should be progressive throughout the air in Turkey in the coming days. A list of exact changes is not available yet, but wait to see all the new features that Google has baked marshmallow - Standby and App Doze to improve battery life, a new system of granular permissions, now in the top, and more.
