A new entry in the data base GFXBench finally sheds some light on the matter. From which does not seem too credible, the list indicates that the size of the smartphone screen is 5.5 inches. The plain Galaxy A9 (2016) is 6 inches diagonally, the A7 (2016) is 5.5 inches and if there will be a 5.7-inch Galaxy A8 (2016) or not, a 5.5-inch Pro simply A9 Has no sense.

The rest, however, looks great. An octa-core CPU with Cortex-A72 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz on a chip of Qualcomm all sounds like the Snapdragon 652. One of the hits of notable specifications is the 4 GB of RAM compared to 3GB on the A9 not favorable.
The other is the main chamber, the reports reference 15MP. The resolution of 4,608 x 3,456 pixels makes for 15.92MP and are ready to call the 16MP, but GFXBench seems to have only one full million pixels as a megapixel, hence the camera front 3,264 x 2,448 pixels (7.99MP) reported as 7MP.
Anyway, the Galaxy A9 (2016) has a 13 MP main camera, while the Galaxy Pro A9 supposedly have a 16MP. The dimensions of the specific pixels track image sensor Sony IMX298, used in the Huawei Mate 8, but we have no way to verify this yet. Samsung Sony sensors used in the past, including the current flagship Galaxy S6, so it will not be the first time that's for sure.
That's all there is to know so far on the A9 Galaxy Pro (with a 2016 model released somewhere, possibly), but by the looks of things, the smartphone is headed for an official announcement in the next weeks, and we'll keep you posted.
