Lenovo has unveiled a new smartphone called Lemon 3 at a price of 699 RMB (about Rs 7,000) in China. It will be available in variants gold and silver, and is now available for purchase on the website of the company.
In terms of specifications, the smartphone features a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz processor octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 with 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU . It comes equipped with an internal memory of 16 GB which can be expanded further through microSD card.
The dual SIM smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash along with a front camera of 5 megapixels. Features include 4G LTE connectivity, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB 2.0 and GPS.
It is backed by a 2750mAh battery which is said to deliver up to 15 days of standby time on 4G, 32 hours of 2G talk time, 12 hours of audio playback and 6.2 hours of video playback. No details of when or if the phone will be launched in India.
