Today Apple has begun deploying the update to iOS 9.2.1 for all iPhones, iPads, and iPod touch units supported by. The general release begins today following a beta version of iOS 9.2.1, released to eager testers last month. Meanwhile, a iOS 9.3 beta has been marginalized and to those who are part of the beta testing program from Apple.
As the version number indicates, iOS 9.2.1 is not a major release. It does not come with new features, only focuses on bug fixes, performance enhancements and reliability improvements.
A solution for a problem that could prevent the completion of the installation of an application when a server is used MDM is included. For now it is not clear if the battery indicator error we reported yesterday also fixed in iOS 9.2.1. Surely although other unidentified improvements are also.
