Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi could soon follow Samsung and could possibly step forward too! Apparently, the company is working on a smartphone with a screen full of edge.
According to a report by the Chinese website mobile-dad, the smartphone will go by the name Xiaomi Mi edge and do not collect similar to the Edge Samsung Galaxy S6 recently released design. In terms of specifications, the device is rumored to sport a 5.2 inch Sharp 2K screen, along with a Snapdragon 808 chipset and either between 3GB - 4GB of RAM. Which sports a 16MP rear camera and fingerprint scanner is expected.
In addition, the handset is set to include some metal in construction, perhaps the frame of the device. It is believed that the smartphone could launch as early as October instead of Xiaomi Mi5. Analysts believe that the smartphone curved screen can be priced at 2,500 yuan (26,000 rupees). Earlier this month, the company introduced the latest MIUI 7 OS. Beside, the company also announced the limited edition of its Mi4i in special colors - pink, yellow, sky blue and black colors.
