Nokia is working on an Android phone called C1. Now, fresh images rendered have made their way to Weibo, offering a look at the supposed Nokia C1.
For months, it has been speculated that after the non-competition clause in the agreement with Nokia Microsoft expire, the company could re-enter the space of smartphones in 2016. Nokia CEO Rajeev Suri hinted at the possibility.
Filtered images borrowed from the smartphone show unibody construction with curved edges, but it is unclear if what we seek in a metal or plastic body. From the pictures, we can see the front and back cameras, a headphone jack of 3.5 mm on the top and a USB connection port on the bottom. In addition, the bevels are super thin.
Based on the above leak, the Nokia C1 could be smartphone midrange. It could flaunt a 5 inch HD (1280x720pixels) screen, powered by Intel Atom chip and combined with 2GB of RAM. In addition, the smartphone could house 32GB of onboard storage. On photograph the front, could sport a rear 8 megapixel snapper with LED flash and 5 megapixel camera selfie front. It is also expected that the connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. Nokia has not officially announced anything and since these are only leaked renders.
