As announced a few days ago, Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy smartphones J5 and J7 in India. The first is priced at Rs,11,999, while the second will cost Rs,14,999. Advance booking starts on July 23.
The Galaxy J5 is powered by a Snapdragon 410 SoC, and sports a 5.0 inch (720 x 1280 pixels). It comes with 1.5 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal memory expandable, and packs a 2600 mAh battery. The device features a 13MP rear camera and a front 5MP shooter. Lollipop runs Android 5.1.
The Galaxy J7 is powered by a Snapdragon 615 chipset, sports a 5.5-inch 720p screen, and packs a 3000 mAh battery. Other features are the same as J5.
Buyers devices also have free INR 3,200 worth of in-app purchase credits for use in Gameloft, and if you are a customer Airtel 4G, you also get twice as much data for a period of six months .
