Samsung Galaxy A8 smartphone, which was unveiled a few days ago, it will cost 3,199 CNY (Rs 32695) for the base model. 32GB variant will be priced at 3,499 CNY (Rs 35.806).
The device, which is Samsung's thinnest smartphone ever (5.9 mm), goes on sale in China later this month. Presently there is no information about whether and when it will be available in other markets.
Specifications wise, the device is powered by a mid-range SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 615, and sports a full HD 5.7 inch Super AMOLED. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and, like, 16 / 32GB internal memory expandable options already mentioned. As for the camera, the A8 has 16MP rear unit and a front 5MP shooter. It runs Android 5.1 and packs a 3050 mAh battery.
