Xiaomi today launched Mi 4i smartphones in its global launch event in New Delhi. As the name suggests, it is essentially a lite version of the Mi 4, and is priced at Rs 12,999. It goes on sale through Flipkart April 30 onwards. Registration for the sale begins tonight at 8:00 PM.
Mi 4i features a 5-inch Full HD IPS OGS screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with a density of 441ppi. the device is powred by 1.7GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 (1.1GHz quad-core + -Quad core 1.7GHz) processor 64 bits along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory.The Smartphone comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with CMOS sensor, f / 2.0 aperture and flash dual tone. In the front 5-megapixel camera with f / 1.8 aperture and wide angle of 80 degrees lens.
The smartphone also features a 3,120mAh battery to support fast charging, you can charge the battery to 40 percent in one hour, and full charge in 3 hours. coming to Connectivity options it include dual-SIM card slots support both LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. On the software front, the Mi 4i Xiaomi is the first smartphone to run on Android Lollipop based MIUI - 6. Xiaomi Mi 4i now supports six Indian languages, including Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
