The Honor 9i was the second smartphone in India to have a dual camera module on the front and back panel, after the InFocus Snap 4. The smartphone went on sale in Flipkart as of October 14 and was available in a Prestige Gold color. Now, the brand has brought the Black Graphite variant to India and will be an exclusive of Flipkart, as well as the gold variant.
Leaving aside the color aspect of the phone, the phone comes with a full screen of 5.9 inches HD + 2.5D curved and without bezel with a screen-to-body ratio of 83 percent. The USP of the phone is a combination of 16 megapixel + 2 megapixel sensors on the back and 13 megapixel + 2 megapixel units on the front. While there is a dual tone LED flash on the back, the front cameras are aided by a soft LED flash.
Speaking of performance, there is a Kirin 659 octa-core processor, combined with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of integrated storage. The internal storage can be further expanded up to 256 GB by inserting a microSD card. The device is powered by a battery of 3,340 mAh, while the EMUI 5.1 based on Android Nougat is responsible for the software side.
