Reliance Retail brand Lyf introduced the new smartphone flame 5 on India. Priced at Rs. 3999, the new Lyf Flame 5 will be available through online stores such as Reliance Digital and others in Black color variant.
The Lyf Flame 5 has a screen of 4-inch 480x800 pixels with a pixel density of 233ppi and Asahi Glass Dragontrail. It is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core, along with a GPU Mali 400 MP2, and 512 MB of RAM. 4 GB of in-built storage, which is expandable via microSD card up to 32 GB. Smartphone sports a autofocus 5 megapixel rearview camera and 2-megapixel front camera. There is a LED flash on the rear panel. Lollipop based on Android 5.1 Lyf Flame 5 supports two SIM cards (regular SIM and Micro-SIM), and while both slots are enabled for 4G, only one card slot compatible with 4G at a time, with the second slot that supports 2G only.
Turning to the connectivity options in the Lyf Flame 5 include 4G, Wi-Fi b / g / n, FM radio, audio jack 3.5 mm, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, and Micro-USB. The highlight of the 5 smartphones flame supports VoLTE (Voice over LTE) call with support HD voice. It supports both 4G LTE bands in India - FDD-LTE Band 3 (1800 MHz) and TDD-LTE band 40 (2300MHz).
It is powered by a 1650mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 4.5 hours of talk time and 150 hours standby. 124.5x64x10.9mm measures and weighs 117 grams.
