Lenovo announced Wednesday that its newly launched smartphone Vibe K5 open would be released through Amazon India from July 4. The company said it has sold more than 100,000 units of smartphone sales in the last two flash, with 48,500 units sold in Wednesday's sale.
The company said it has increased production of the Lenovo Vibe K5 to meet demand. It should be remembered that the first flash sale took place last week. With the model counter, interested consumers will not have to register to buy the smartphone. The Lenovo Vibe K5 is a dual smartphone that was unveiled for the first time at MWC 2016 with the Vibe Plus K5. The Lenovo Vibe Plus however K5 came to India in March at Rs. 8,499.
The Vibe based on Android 5.1 Lollipop K5 sports a HD screen 5-inch 720x1280 pixels, and is powered by a 1.2 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 SoC which engages with 2GB of RAM. It carries a 13-megapixel rear camera with flash, and a front 5 megapixel shooter autofotos.
