Rumors agree that with generation Apple iPhone 6s update the camera has not seen a major upgrade from the iPhone 4S in 2011. The new shooter will have a sensor (12MP or 13MP perhaps with the extra used for digital) stabilization and will record 2160p video.
The new chipset A9 Apple will have a better ISP for enhanced image processing with touches of first class HDR mode. The selfie camera, which can get a 5MP sensor, reportedly used a blank screen instead of the flash LED on the front (LG trick made with LG G Pro 2, some applications also do).
The new camera will allow selfies 720p seem slow motion video recording and better overall (current iPhones are stuck in 1.2MP / 720p). IPhone 6s and 6s Plus will be released on September 9, and we crossed for greater storage capacity base (thinking 4K video 16GB storage makes us wince) fingers.
