BlackBerry today announced simultaneously and released a new version of its smartphone Passport. This is called BlackBerry Passport Silver Edition, and silver - unlike the model that has been selling so far, which is black. Apart from the new color, the new iteration brings with stainless steel frame for a premium look. In terms of specifications, however, there is no difference between this and the original black passport.
So you'll get the same 4.5-inch square 1,440x1,440 touch screen, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable storage, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC with 2.26 GHz quad core Krait CPU, Rear Camera MP 13 with OIS and LED flash, the unit facing the front 2 MP, and 3450 mAh battery. The Silver Edition BlackBerry Passport runs BlackBerry OS 10.3.2.
Now available to buy in the US BlackBerry own for $ 549 openly. For a limited time, if you buy one you also get some accessories worth $ 130. The device will make its way to the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands "in coming weeks".
