Microsoft, as promised a week earlier, has begun the deployment of the second generation (10051) Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones to users of Windows Insider Friday. The highlight of the construction is the inclusion of a first version of Microsoft Spartan mobile browser, along with a host of other features.
