Lenovo officially announced the Vibe Shot in the last month, said the phone will start from June. While the Vibe shot and showed Lenovo sports a screen of 5 inches with 1080 x 1920 pixels, the phone also has a version that features a 5-inch screen with 720 x 1280 pixels. This was recently approved by the Centre for Telecommunications Equipment Certification of China, which also revealed the model number of the device: Lenovo Z90.
The Lenovo Vibe Z90 Shot 720p looks exactly like the 1080p model, which has similar dimensions: 142.6 x 70 x 7.6 mm. It seems that the screen is the only thing that differs between the two variants Shot Vibe. Thus, the model 720 comes with the same 16 MP rear camera found on the original phone, mind you, this camera has a triple LED flash, and Optical Image Stabilizer. Other features include an 8 MP camera facing an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of expandable storage.
Unlike other smartphones Lenovo recently unveiled, high-end including the P90 and Vibe Pro X2, which runs KitKat, the Vibe Shot Android Lollipop run out of the box.
Vibe shooting 1080p will sell for prices starting at $ 349, and we hope variant 720p to be cheaper. However, for now do not know whether the latter will be available worldwide.
