HTC has quietly listed a new One E9+ on its website in China. The main USP for the device is its improved display screen, which is the sharpest screen ever used on an HTC phone.
The new HTC One E9+ comes with 5.5-inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 at 534 ppi. The device is powered by a 64-bit octa-core 2GHz MediaTek MT6795M chipset. In terms of RAM company website claims it to be 3GB. it has an internal storage of 16GB and can be further expanded upto 128GB via microSD card. On the camera front, the device sports a 20MP rear camera.
The device runs Google’s latest Android Lollipop with the HTC Sense UI on top. In terms of connectivity, the dual-SIM phablet supports both FDD-LTE and TD-LTE network bands along with dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and NFC. The One E9+ also sports the company’s trademark BoomSound front-facing stereo speakers too.
The HTC One E9+ includes a 2,800mAh battery and will be available in meteor grey, gold sepia and classic rose gold two-tone colour variants. No further information has been provided about it price or availability.
