According to a report published this weekend, the new version of TouchWiz found in the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge Samsung Galaxy will be available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 when the phablet receive Android 5.1 update. The first Samsung device to get the Android 5.1 update will be the edge of the galaxy S6 and S6 galaxy. But do not expect the update to be pushed out soon. Android 5.1 is not scheduled to be released by Samsung in the second half of the year.
With much of the bloatware removed in the new version of TouchWiz, the result is a clearer skin that runs faster. Samsung says the new UI is 40% lighter than the previous version. And according to a source with knowledge of the plans of Samsung, the company was inspired more by his own Tizen operating system for Android in developing the latest version of TouchWiz.
TouchWiz remains bright and colorful. But despite the changes made to the icons, many still find it to be animated, a review of TouchWiz that will not go away, even with this new iteration.
