Oppo 5, the last of the R series will be available in retail stores across India from today. The smartphone, which is priced at Rs 29,990 was made available for pre-booking from January 1.
The R5 is the thinnest smartphone ever in Oppo, measuring just 4.85 mm in thickness.The R5 comes with a 5.2 inch 1080p Full HD AMOLED screen, which has a pixel density of 423ppi up.
Like most Chinese brands, is a customized version of Android with a lot of issues. On the front of specifications, it packs in a 64 bit, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 Processor and 2 GB of RAM. R5 runs on color OS 2.0 based on 4.4 KitKat Android.
The R5 is also compatible with Fast Charge Technology VOOC as N3, which aims to charge your phone from zero to 75% in just thirty minutes.
The smartphone weighs 155 g, and also come in a gold version, called the Guided Edit, which could have a higher price.
