Samsung Officially announce to launch Galaxy Note Edge to launch in India and other 22 countries

The much talked about Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, which is currently available in Japan, South Korea and the US, reportedly will also launch in India and 21 other countries. The confirmation on the launch in other countries, which is a report on SamMobile, however does not include the specific release dates.

According to the report, the 22 countries where Samsung Galaxy Note Edge will launch includes Austria, Australia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Luxembourg, Nepal, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia , Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the UK. Although the phone will be launched in each of these 22 countries, variants- SM-N915FSM-N915FY and SM-NM915G, will be different.

The Edge Galaxy Note with its revolutionary curve on the right edge of the phone has been a point of attraction, as it is revealed in the IFA event in September. The curve extends to the back of the phone and displays information such as weather updates and time. The curved screen for camera mode shows the shutter button and other camera options providing more viewing space on the screen.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a Quad-HD + Super AMOLED 5.6-inch display with a screen resolution of 1440 + 160x2560 pixels. The Edge Note is equipped with a quad-core 2.7GHz processor and comes with an additional version with built-in 64GB memory.

Samsung however, mentioned that the phone would come in a "concept of limited edition 'avatar, restricting it to only 1,00,000 units for the global market.
